Shipping Policy

Each WHAT'S YOUR BRAVE item is created just for you once your order is placed. We don’t hold inventory — this helps us reduce waste, give intentionally, and keep our mission focused on purpose over excess.

Because of this, please allow a little extra time for your order to be created with care.

Orders typically take 5–10 business days to process before shipping.
During busy seasons or fundraiser campaigns, production may take up to 2 weeks.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery after your order leaves our facility:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

Once your order is in transit, delivery times depend on the carrier.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $85.

  • Orders under $85 ship at calculated carrier rates shown at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email.
If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@whatsyourbrave.com - we’ll help check on it.

Please note that once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we’re unable to replace or refund lost packages.

Special Fundraiser Orders

Fundraiser or bulk campaign orders will ship in one combined delivery directly to the organization after the campaign closes. Delivery timelines will be shared with the group coordinator.
